During the workshop, you will:
- Assess the main areas of your life to get clarity on your goals thanks to coaching tools. You will have a clear picture of what are your priorities for 2020, to feel more fulfilled.
- Visualize what you want in 2020. You will be guided in a visualisation to help you feel what you really want for yourself.
- Create your own personalized vision board to stay focused on your priorities. The vision board is a collage of inspiring images and words that represent your 2020 goals. Many athletes or personalities use this tool to train their mind and stay focused on their goals.
- While enjoying some apetizers and drinks. 😉
The results ?
- More clarity on your goals. The images give a different perspective than writing for example.
- More focus on your vision, on what you want.
- More positive energy. When you look at it, you feel boosted and motivated. You train your brain to “receive” this vision that is within you: the first step towards the manifestation of your dreams in your life.
