find success with coaching
When do I need a coach?
Anytime in my life! Life is a continuous growing process, a continuous expansion of experiences and actions expressing all that we are and all that we CHOOSE to become. We learn by experience. Experience is born from growing and expanding thoughts, feelings, actions, viewpoints, beliefs, and positions. Growing is what coaching is all about.
I need a coach when:
I need to gain insight about who am I and what are my internal blocks
I want to feel more confident
I WANT TO FIND MY LIFE'S PURPOSE
I AM going through a TRANSITION IN MY LIFE AND I AM FULL OF FEARS AND DOUBTS
I DON'T FEEL satisfied IN MY CURRENT situation AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO
I AM HAPPY BUT I FEEL LIKE SOMETHING IS MISSING
I WANT TO be MORE PRODUCTIVE and FEEL FULFILLED in ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE

how much does it cost?
It depends on the package you select. Click here to view various options of packages that fit your needs.
how long does it take to work?
It also depends on the package you select. I offer a simple assessment, a 3 months package, a 6 months package, and a comprehensive 9 months coaching package, depending on your personal needs and goals. It is also important to know that most of your core transformation will occur after our coaching sessions. Indeed, seeds are planted during the coaching sessions and grow after them.
is it like psychotherapy?
No, it isn’t. A therapist’s typical functions are to help clients fix problems, overcome issues, and sometimes manage mental illnesses. Coaches on the other hand do not work with mental illness nor spend much time on client issues or problems. In fact, coaches do not see anything as a problem, only as an opportunity. They focus on solutions. The therapist usually helps the client figure “why” with a past-oriented approach, while the coach helps the client focus on “how”, a future-oriented approach.
is coaching really for everyone?
As discussed above, coaching is not for you if you have mental health concerns that need to be addressed by a health care professional first. For all others, you are the perfect coaching candidate if:
- You want to live a fulfilling, purposeful and balanced life and believe that it is possible.
- You are highly committed to your personal development.
- You are ready to work outside of your comfort zone.
- You are open-minded and willing to experiment new concepts or different ways of thinking or doing things
